Cedarwood targets well-positioned, positively leveraged “A" & "B” Class garden-style apartments located in primary and secondary markets in the Southeast and Midwest.

Investment Criteria
Cedarwood specializes in acquiring multifamily properties built after 1990 in the Southeast and Midwest. We target investments that will achieve a stabilized yield on cost of 7.5%, 18%+ IRR, and 8%+ cash on cash return, ensuring strong and reliable financial performance.
